Roy's England

This week Storky Knight begins the tale of how Roy Race selected his squad for the friendly match against Holland. In December 1977 Roy was approached by the Football Association to be caretaker manager of the England national team after the regular boss was taken ill. Of course Roy accepted but was insistent that the side he picked would play with speed and power, the Melchester way!
