During the WC '66 Roy was in Australia. Covering all the World Cups from 1954 onwards would be the perfection. Lepe (im sure Strkav has his picture from USA '94) could be Brazil hero from a couple of World Cups, while Seegrun lost the 1978 against Jorge Porbillas (Kid from Argentina). The 1986 and 1990 WCs could be around Malandro (there pics of him playing in Mexico and Italy in the monthlies of 1994).
ReplyDeleteAgostino da Silva ''The Legend'' also was a Brazilian superstar.
Im dropping just some ideas im sure u got more knowledge than me.
From looking at Malandro and reading his story line, I believe that he is based on Maradona, but Brazilian. To me he looks just like Maradona and has the same character.
ReplyDeleteAre there any pictures of the "real" Jorge Porbillas? I wasn't born when the story was in RotR so never read it. He will get mentioned in the 1978 WC New Story but it would be better if I could use him properly.
