An Evening with Roy Race

It's the summer of 1990 and Roy Race has taken his Melchester Rovers side to Scotland to play a friendly tournament featuring Glenrath Rangers and Dutch giants Alkhoven. Roy sees it a good opportunity to test his young players as English clubs are still banned from European competitions. But the Rovers directors are worried about the potential for crowd trouble. And with the World Cup just two weeks away English football could do without any negative publicity...
